Bring the kids to Cutty Sark for an action-packed day out on one of the world's most famous ships. Take the helm at the wheel, climb into the crew's bunk beds and meet the captain or the ship's figurehead Nannie. Or why not follow a free family trail or borrow a backpack of toys and stories.

Join them this half term for a racing themed arts and design experience where you can try out your design ideas and race your vehicles beneath the hull of the world's most magnificent sailing ship.

Cutty Sark was one of the fastest ships of the Victorian period due to her wonderful, sleek design. She competed in the prestigious tea races making record breaking journeys around the world and even managed to out-pace a steamship in the Indian Ocean.

Date and time:  17-21 February | 11.30am-1.30pm and 2pm-4pm
