Boxed rooms, rush hour, noisy roads and polluted air, things all too familiar for all our fellow Londoners. Given the pandemic and the restrictions that have come with it, it’s fair to say, we’re all itching to get out and enjoy a world beyond city life. Of course getting on a plane isn’t looking very likely and waiting on our ‘vaccine passports’ feels like a lifetime a way. But don’t you worry, we have a top 5 list of staycations to cater to your every holiday need, all within the UK!

1. We start in the southwestern side of the UK, in the beauty of Cornwall!

Home to the famous cornish pasties, Cornwall is the perfect holiday destination! The endless beaches complimented by the perfect surfing waters, allows thrill seekers to venture into a variety of watersports and activities. The history and close knit community gives visitors that family feel and creates an atmosphere of relaxation and amnesty. Many would agree, Cornwall is the perfect in-Uk getaway that truly makes you feel like you're actually abroad.

2. We then move a little more towards the south side, in Dorset!

Nothing screams Dorset like cliff sides and heritage sites. Known for its Jurassic Coast and setting of the award winning TV show, Broadchurch. With its 100 mile coast line, there's a never ending list of activities to get stuck into, creating the perfect day out! Alongside the beautiful coastline you’ll find a mix of towns and villages to explore, all of which offer a warm welcome and variety of options for eating out with friends or family. Each stop will offer its own unique charm, providing you with a brilliant insight into local life.

3. Our third location moves swiftly to the breathtaking region of Lake District!

What else says vacation like glacial ribbon lakes, fell mountains and beautiful views, or as many like to call it, Lake District! A big UK hotspot for holidays, to simply getaway and take in the scenery from spectacular heights. The National park has a list of things to get stuck into, both accommodating adults and children. With the variety of valleys, local towns and lakes, there’s never nothing to do or see at Lake District.

4. Moving on to the Irish Sea Coast of England, in Blackpool!

Home to the pleasure beach resort and all things vintage, Blackpool is the place to be. The 1894 Landmark houses an old school amusement park, circuses, the Tower Ballroom and the annual light show. An ideal family destination full of sunshine and sea during the day, and vibrant colours and lights at night.


5. Last but definitely not least, we find ourselves in the north of Wales, in Snowdonia!

Known for bearing Wales’ largest mountain, Snowdonia is a must visit location! With the multiple trails to climb the mountain, you can experience striking sea views all the way to ireland. The historic park also includes the Mountain Railway, a wonderful ride up to the summit of Mount Snowden. And with the extensive network of trails and over 100 lakes, you’ll constantly be searching for your next breathtaking view.
