Most often, there is absolutely no proof behind these statements, or, these online personalities are not qualified. Join three leading Doctors to sort the facts from the fiction (Dr Anjali Mahto, Dr Zoe Williams, Dr Christopher George)

If you’re looking for your Zen:

  • Breathe in and bliss out with Richie Bostock - the Breath Guy. In this session, you’ll be led through a series of breathing flows that will turn down the volume of your thoughts and turn up a sense of peace, clarity and blissful energy. If you’re looking for a natural high, this might just be it

  • Roots and Wings - getting out of flight or fight mode. The intention of this moderate-level yoga class is to connect with the earth – and grow roots. This is the perfect setting to nurture self-belief in your own capabilities and spread your wings

  • ***one-off class*** Find your Calm - To end the first day of Sweatlife Festival, Re:Mind will be holding a special one-off class. Expect a fusion of breathwork, reiki, crystal bowls sound healing and a gong bath led by not one, but all of Re:Mind’s teachers

  • Being Mindful when your Mind is full - We have between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts every day, which is an exhausting thought in itself. But this session aims to equip you with tools on how to focus on what’s important, empower others and set achievable goals. lululemon’s director of mindful performance Danielle Mika Nagel will guide you through a meditation and teach you how to overcome obstacles that are preventing you from achieving your full potential

  • Re: Charge: breathwork an energising practice focusing on controlled patterns of breathing, this is the moment you need to recharge yourself and then get straight back to the festival atmosphere feeling renewed and reinvigorated. This class is run by Re:Mind, London’s first meditation and healing studio.

  • Meditate for your brain type - Meditation isn’t a one-size-fits-all practice. In this session burnout specialist Dr Dani Gordon will unlock the secrets to an effective meditation practice based on your brain and mindbody ‘type’. After a short assessment, you will discover how you fare in each of the four key skills needed to thrive in a busy, modern life: energy; mood; cultivating calm and mental focus

If running is your thang:

  • Sweatlife is playing host to everyone from lululemon ambassador and Run Dem Crew founder Charlie Dark to influencers Twice the Health, all of whom will be leading runs throughout the weekend

If you’re a Yogi:

  • Roots and Wings Vinyasa Flow - too often our bodies are in fight and flight mode. The intention of this moderate-level class is to connect with the earth – and grow roots - before moving through challenging flows, standing postures and balances. This is the perfect setting to nurture self-belief in your own capabilities and spread your wings. But not before you’ve relaxed and found stillness in a final savasana.

  • Chakra Shake Up with Gloria Latham - in this class, you awaken and move energy progressively through your entire chakra system. You come to understand the importance of all the chakras, and the power of Kundalini energy. You'll learn how to access this energy to wake up to the life you’re meant to be living. This is an energetic practice that involves yoga, dance, mantra, mudra and pranayama. Come prepared to laugh, dance, sweat and sing

  • Align, Exlpore, Awaken -  Mia Togo and triyoga - a strong Vinyasa class to explore how we construct the architecture of the poses. Aligning our physical bodies creates a space to explore unconscious holding patterns. Yoga is a practice of mindfulness, as we shift our physical and mental patterns, we awaken to the deeper dimensions of who we are. Yoga is union, it is for everyone and this is a space to tune up your practice and tune in to what lights you up from the inside out

  • The Power Of Love - beautiful slow-flow vinyasa practice that will focus on breath and inner awareness to cultivate energy. We will then redirect it upwards to experience an activation of the Heart Chakra and explore it’s connection to compassion, peace and Love.

  • Crazy in Love – inspired by  none other than Beyoncé. This practice, led by global ambassador Janet Stone, explores the possibility of living from our fullest place and expressing ourselves without doubt, banishing those self-limiting thoughts that can often be our biggest obstacle. Expect to get deep into your hips, practice backbends, and befriend your ‘fiercest’ self, just like Yonce, of course

  • Solstice Mandala - A mandala flow class that is focused around the summer solstice, harnessing the energy of the midsummer sun. Feel connected to nature’s cycles as you move 360 degrees around the mat, stimulating areas of the body that build energy and heat. Taught by Jonelle Lewis
