Hackney Empire and the Armel Opera Festival present the Szeged National Theatre’s brand new re-working of Mozart’s masterpiece, The Magic Flute; – with staging from multi-award winning director Robert Alföldi, who is known for exciting and adventurous theatre work. The production won the ARTE TV Audience Award at the internationally renowned Armel Festival in 2015, where Marlène Assayag, who plays Queen of the Night, also won the Best Performer Award.
