Looking Glass Cocktail Club is a stylish new space on the edge of Shoreditch inspired by the rich imagination of Lewis Carroll and his iconic book which celebrates over 150 years. The room is attractive, decked out with Louis XVI armchairs and the occasional vintage lamp, but what you're really here for lies on the other side of the titular glass.

Behind a huge mirror you'll find a 'secret' room, home to all kinds of wonderful things.The cocktail list is also pretty special, created by their bartenders  and forged in their secret laboratory. Many of the drinks have  a theatrical component. Drinks include the Pool of Tears, the Turtle Soup, a flaming punch which is set fire to at your table, and The Shrinking Violet, a sparkling cocktail which change its colour when you mix up its various layers. The execution is spot on and the atmosphere is fun and lively.
