Happiness forgets is the creation of Alistair Burgess a seasoned mixer, he has flexed his mixing muscles at establishments as revered as Pegu in New York. Lets just say he knows exactly what he's doing... and if you don't, the bar and floor staff are more than accomodating to help out the novice drinker.
