Lounge Bohemia can be found in a basement in Shoreditch and is run by Czech bartender Paul Tvaroh.
It's hidden discreetly between a kebab shop and a newsagents! So, when you’re walking down the street look out for number 1E and a corridor covered in old Czech newspapers. Then it’s down the narrow metal staircase and into the small basement bar below. Walking into the bar feels much like you’ve stepped back into the 60s as it has been meticulously designed as a tribute to Eastern Europe during that time, indeed much of the furniture apparently comes from Paul’s own family.
Make sure that you booked beforehand and the bar has a no office-wear dress code. Paul specializes in amazing molecular cocktails so make sure you try one.
