iVisit.... the All New Animal Adventure at ZSL London Zoo

Calling all adventurers, explorers and globetrotters! ZSL London Zoo’s brand new Animal Adventure zone will be opening on Wednesday 31 July, taking young visitors on a journey of discovery to meet animals ranging from eagle owls and porcupines to mongooses and meerkats – and find out more about these creatures’ secret and often surprising lives in the wild.

Daily talks at Animal Adventure will delve into some of nature’s epic journeys – llamas trekking across the Andes, or young meerkats setting out on their own to find a mate and establish their own family group.

Specially designed low barriers mean young animal fans will feel like they’re right in the heart of the action, watching the animals behave just as they would in the wild, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities to meet ZSL’s expert keepers and get the inside story on their work.

With a new play area including water splash zone too, Animal Adventure is the ultimate zoo experience for young pups. And adults are well-catered for while their little ones enjoy exploring – the new Animal Adventure will include a catering kiosk offering hot drinks, snacks and tempting extras so you can be relaxed and refuelled, ready for exploring the rest of the zoo.

ZSL London Zoo’s Animal Adventure opens this summer, and entry is included in the Zoo entry price.
