Located in the heart of London’s Docklands at the west end of Millwall outer dock, the Centre is based in an award winning purpose built facility with great views from the upstairs bar over the dock, and wet facilities downstairs. They are a Royal Yachting Association recognised training centre, and deliver courses in Sailing, Windsurfing and Powerboating under the RYA scheme. They also offer British Canoe Union courses in paddlesports and land based events can also be tied in with our water based activities, such as dragon boating, sailing or kayaking/canoeing to create a great day out.

These comprise the Cornish engines, which are in their original engine houses, and the rotative engines, which have been collected by the museum trust from pumping stations across the country.
